How quickly can you print and deliver roller banners? +

Most roller banner orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours. We offer Express 24hr (+25%), Express 48hr (+15%), Express 3–4 day (+10%) and free standard 5–7 day delivery. Select your preferred date on the delivery calendar when ordering.

What is the difference between the 85cm, 100cm and 150cm roller banners? +

Our vinyl banners are printed on 510gsm PVC vinyl using UV-resistant solvent inks at up to 1440dpi. The material is fully weatherproof, tear-resistant, and fade-resistant — suitable for both indoor and outdoor use year-round.

How long does a roller banner last? +

With proper use and storage, a quality roller banner should last 3–5 years or more. Always retract the banner after use rather than leaving it extended, and store it in the carry case. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight as this can affect the print quality over time.

What file format should I use for roller banner artwork? +

Set up your artwork at the exact banner dimensions (e.g. 85cm × 200cm) at 300dpi in CMYK. Include 50mm bleed at the top (this goes into the cassette) and 5mm bleed on all other sides. We accept PDF, AI, EPS and high-resolution PNG. We check every file before printing.

Do roller banners come with a carry case? +

Yes — eyelets are included as standard at no extra cost. Choose from 4 corners, 3 top & 3 bottom, 4 top & 4 bottom, or every 50cm. Optional upgrades include pole pockets (3–5 inch, +£4.99), hemming (+£2.55) and cable ties (+£1.49).
