A1 poster poster printing

Our posters are printed on 170gsm silk coated paper — a smooth, premium stock that produces sharp text, vivid colours and excellent photo reproduction. It's the industry standard for professional poster printing.

Each A-size is half the area of the size above it. A0 (841×1189mm) is the largest and ideal for exhibitions. A1 suits events and shop windows. A2 works well for retail POS. A3 is the most popular all-round format, and A4 is standard document size for notice boards.

Yes — use the Custom Size toggle to enter your own width and height in mm, cm or inches. Pricing is at £1.65 per square foot with a minimum of £1.99 per poster.

300 DPI at full print size in CMYK for crisp results. For A0 and A1, 150 DPI is acceptable as posters are viewed from a distance. Vector PDFs are ideal as they have no resolution limit.

For temporary use, poster strips or Blue-Tack work well. For a professional display, use a poster frame (available in all A-sizes) or mount on foam board. Contact us if you need pole pockets for hanging.

Our standard silk posters are designed for indoor use. For outdoor display we'd recommend a vinyl or mesh banner which are fully weatherproof. A waterproof laminating pouch can extend a poster's outdoor life short-term.
